Established in 1981, GMS is the leading Malaysian manufacturer in queue and customer service systems. The company provides unique queue and customer service solution to the entire banking sector, most of the government institutions and substantial medical and commercial establishments in Malaysia since 1980s. It has a rapidly developing overseas market with dealers and distributors in more than 30 countries.
GMS is located in the light industrial zone of USJ, Selangor. The workforce of 150 has a strong IT focus with one PhD, four masters and forty degree/diploma holders, mainly in electronic engineering, computer science and information technology. With a strong R&D team, the company has established itself at the forefront of queue and customer service technology and has set a standard for others to follow. The company's brand of QMS products has been awarded Business Superbrand in recognition of its top brand status in Malaysia. It has been ISO9001:2000 certified since 2004, an indication of the determination and efforts to provide quality service and to ensure continuous improvement.
