Responsibilities
- Responsible to propose and design new concepts according to customers' desired needs.
- Work closely with the project manager on conceptual designs, presentations, designs development and production.
- Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, carpentry work and etc.
- Monitor/ liaise with the team to ensure the current progress of all ongoing projects according to the deadline.
- Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules as well as preparing and presenting design presentations.
- To attend the site visit, site measurement, and meeting with the client (outstation occasionally)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential & commercial interior design projects is preferred.
- Highly prefer candidates with commercial retail experience and mall management experience in this field.
- Knowledge of AutoCad & 3D Studiomax, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, MS Office.
- Possess a strong flair for design concepts and details.
- Good leadership, teamwork with strong commitment and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
- Willing to outstation occasionally for site visit, site measurement, and meeting with the client.
