Responsibilities
Creative work is in the very DNA of Boss Mama.
Almost everything we do requires a creative touch, whether we're making content for social media, banners for our website and emails, new products - the list goes on!
We are looking for creative and driven individuals to take the content bank that we have and turn it into impactful content to grow our community.
To paint a clearer picture - most of the work will be editing videos that we've already shot. From time to time, you'll also be involved in shooting new videos (especially when we launch new items!)
Requirements
The technical stuff:
- Good copywriting skills in English and Malay (Casual malay is all we need)
- Great proficiency and technical skills in using video editing softwares (Adobe Premier Pro/Final Cut Pro and phone editing apps like InShot/VN)
- An eye for detail and what looks good!
- Good personality and can work well in a team setting
- Can work well under pressure and adapt well to a fast-paced environment
The other stuff:
- Accountable and independent. We are a small team, so we need each person to be responsible and take ownership of their responsibilities without being micromanaged.
- Willing to learn. We are happy to train and guide you, but you need to take the initiative to keep leveling up.
- Comfortable with change. We are a "fail fast" company, which means we test new things all the time and decide very quickly if we need to change direction.
