Responsibilities
Job Description:
· Project set-up, design and construction administration, in support of project objectives and project requirements.
· Assists with project scheduling and set-up with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
· Coordinates and develops responses to contractors' questions, inquiries, and drafts meeting minutes as required.
· Able to maintain and organize filing for smooth data retrieval.
· Works well in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Qualities and skills required:
· Diploma (or above) in interior design
· At least 2 years’ experience working at an interior design, architecture, or other pertinent firms.
· Attention to detail – able to produce reports, letters, etc. with minimal mistakes.
· Strong personal/interpersonal skills.
· Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
· Team player and quick learner.
· Reliable and virtuous.
· Capable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines occasionally.
· Open to flexible working hours.
