Responsibilities
- Manage & operate the company's e-commerce store & optimize conten social media
- Plan inventory allocation, advertising and creative content, online marketing strategies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve customer problems; and follow up on all inquiries within required response time
- Plan and monitor campaigns’ spending against budget allocated, keeping an accurate record
- Analyze data and reporting to improve effectiveness of marketing approaches
Requirements
- Must be able to work at Taiping, Perak
- Good computer skills – Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Good knowledge of social media and e-commerce sites
- Experience in digital marketing & strategies
- Organized and able to work independently
- Good communication, creativity, and writing skills
