Creative & Branding Team | Filken Sdn Bhd

At Filken, we believe in using meaningful visual stories to inspire healthier living.
We are looking for a passionate Video Producer / Videographer to bring our brand, products, and values to life through high-quality video content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Video production, including shooting, lighting setup, and on-site coordination.
  • Participate in creative ideation, storyboard development, and execution of cinematic video content for branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan shot lists, visual concepts, scene setups, lighting arrangements, and equipment requirements.
  • Oversee post-production work, including video editing, motion graphics, and basic 3D visuals.
  • Ensure all video outputs align with Filken’s brand identity, values, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Design, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Guide and support interns or junior team members in basic filming and editing tasks, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing the full video production process, such as short-form videos and commercial/promotional content.
  • Experience guiding interns or new hires in basic shooting and editing tasks is an advantage.
  • Proficient in video editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Familiar with the operation and basic maintenance of photography and videography equipment.
  • Familiarity with 3D software (e.g. Blender, Maya, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of video production workflows, including creative planning, script writing, shooting schedules, post-production editing, and visual effects.
  • Basic knowledge of cinematography principles such as framing, lighting, color matching, and shot composition.
  • Awareness of short-form video trends and commercial promotional content, with the ability to align creative output with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
  • Basic understanding of copyright regulations related to video materials, music, and fonts.
  • Able to work flexible hours when required for shooting schedules; willing to travel occasionally for on-site shoots.
  • A team player with good cross-department collaboration skills and a positive, responsible working attitude.
