Requirements:
• must have at least an SPM education level or equivalent.
• Working hours will be 24 Hours rotational shift (9 Hours including 1 hour break)
• 6 Workdays and 1 Rotational Off day including working on weekend
• Fluent in English and Malay .
• Must be work on site at • Medini 7 Office (JOHOR)
• Start date will be • 16 july
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email about e-hailing, food delivery, and other services.
• Handle customer complaints and issues related to drivers, service quality, and order discrepancies.
• Assist customers with order changes, cancellations, and refunds smoothly.
• Communicate any updates in service policies clearly to customers.
• Stay updated on service policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
