Role Summary (Malaysia-Based, Remote)

We’re looking for a Malaysia-based In-House Creative (Brand, Content & Social) to be a key part of Jaedals’ regional expansion into Malaysia. This role is ideal for a creatively strong, trend-aware individual with a sharp eye for aesthetics, branding and storytelling, who thrives in a remote-first, collaborative environment.

You’ll lead creative execution across brand identity, social media, content planning, campaigns and EDMs, while working closely with the founder and coordinating with the Singapore team. This role requires a high level of proactiveness, ownership and initiative — especially in creating synergy content that bridges markets and maintains a consistent brand voice across regions.

As a remote creative lead, you’ll guide and manage interns, designers and contributors virtually, ensuring quality, alignment and timely delivery. This is a fast-paced startup role suited for someone who loves fashion, understands digital culture, and is excited to grow with a brand as it expands regionally.

We’re looking for someone who brings both creative vision and execution, is comfortable leading remotely, and wants to help shape and scale Jaedals in Malaysia and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain Jaedals’ brand identity
  • Plan and execute social media content strategies
  • Ideate and lead creative campaigns
  • Create high-quality photo and video content
  • Stay ahead of social media trends
  • Design and oversee weekly EDMs
  • Manage and guide creative team members
  • Support retail and event content execution
  • Ensure creative quality control across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on brand growth
Requirements
  • Strong aesthetic sense and brand awareness
  • Experience in branding, content or creative roles
  • Proficiency in content creation tools
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Ability to plan and execute content strategically
  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Experience managing or guiding junior creatives or interns
