• Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
• Brainstorms with the team for campaign ideas.
• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn etc.
• Analysed analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
• Provide suggestion to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
• Learns and become proficient on internal software systems.
• Assists in creating performance reports.
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
• External verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, graphic designing and video editing software
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Current enrolment in diploma/ degree for mass comm, business, marketing
• Duration of the internship programme approximately 3 to 6 months.
