Annual Bonus
- Responsible to do visual adaptation, conceptualize, design, develop layout and production of all marketing communications (in-store and digital)
- Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
- Work to a brief preparing rough drafts and creative options of material, solve problems creatively and adapt style if needed.
- Develop and maintain brand and style guidelines to ensure consistent brand-appropriate execution of deliverables internally and externally.
- Provide quality control over concepts, processes, deliverables and projects, ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- Diploma/ Degree in graphic design or related field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- In-depth knowledge of software design programs
- A strong portfolio that speaks for itself.
- Creative, well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere, etc.)
