- Collaborate with internal team to create content strategies aligned with brand values, brand objectives, target audience preferences, and industry trends.
- Content calendar planning and management
- Oversee all aspects of brand's & company's social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor content performance metrics and analytics, analyze data insights, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns.
- Conceptualize, develop, and produce compelling written, visual, and multimedia content.
- Handle Newsletter & SMS shout out.
- Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by superiors or the company to contribute to overall marketing objectives.
- Experience of creating strong engaging contents.
- Good knowledge of photo & video shooting, designing and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut/Photoshop/Canva or other editing software.
- Proficiency in English & Malay. Mandarin is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Management, or related field.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in managing accounts on various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, XiaoHongShu, LinkedIn etc.
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools and methodologies.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- Eye for design, paired with photography and videography skills.
