Responsibilities
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing and innovative design concepts to support marketing campaigns & on-going trade requests
- Work on various design tasks, such as image & video editing, POSM development, packaging artworks, online visuals as assigned
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to drive creative projects.
- Support the team in maintaining design consistency and brand standards across all creative materials.
- Assist with videoshoots/photoshoots as required
- Support the administration and management of design files and assets.
- Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by superiors or the company to contribute to overall marketing objectives
Requirements
- Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing project needs while maintaining creativity and attention to details.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices is a plus.
- Proficient in design tools ie Adobe Illustrator , Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut
