Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual who can seamlessly blend design expertise with comprehensive marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on design aesthetics and brand consistency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can conceptualize, create, and execute marketing initiatives that effectively engage target audiences and drive results.ย 
Responsibilities
  • Develop visually compelling and on-brand designs for digital and print marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, email templates, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain a cohesive brand identity and enhance brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and target audience preferences. Identify key marketing channels and tactics to effectively reach and engage target demographics.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Graphic Design or equivalent course
  • Experienced in using Graphic Design software (eg. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffect, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design aesthetics & attentions to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms will be an advantage (eg. Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, etc.)
