Description

The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.Â

Responsibilities
- To manage and coordinate project with consultant level of knowledge and procedures.
- Meetings with Client and project team members for the process of works.
- Preparation and submission of design, Drawings and Materials for approvals.
- Evaluate all aspect of the project in details with management's approvals.
- Review, inspect, report and sign off for construction work.

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in INTERIOR DESIGN / INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE. (COMPULSORY)
- Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office suite, any latest software / apps that assist on work.
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute and manage.
- Detail oriented

Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS I MIN DIPLOMA / DEGREE IN INTERIOR DESIGNER OR NTERIOR ARCHITECTURE.
- LANGUAGE I ENGLISH (COMPULSORY - WRITTEN & VERBAL)
- LANGUAGE I MANDARIN (OPTIONAL - MEETING WITH CHINA TEAM)
- KNOWLEDGE I WIDE KNOWLEDGE OF MATERIALS SPECIFICATIONS, DESIGNS TECHNICAL, STRUCTURAL KNOWLEDGE, DETAILS OF CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE.
