Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in the group’s marketing activities, which include brainstorming and implementing ideas, digital marketing strategies, event management, UI/UX design of web and mobile.
  • Develop concepts, design, and produces marketing materials, ranging from still graphic images to motion graphics, including website design, corporate designs, advertisements, flyers, emails, artworks, video, internet images, banners, etc.
  • Manage company’s events, in the form of virtual or physical.
  • Develop and prepare corporate presentation materials, using PowerPoint,Google slide, or other applications as required by the company.
  • Contribute to the design artwork and ideas to the overall brief with illustrative drawing skills through rough sketching.
  • Proofread materials to produce accurate and high-quality work.
  • Consistently seeking innovation and creativity to redefine a design brief and marketing materials at minimum cost and time.
  • Manage and maintain graphic files and brand policy, including forms, SOP, photos, logos, and art by aligning with the Global CI.
  • Negotiate/liaise with suppliers, external parties, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Be part of the team for new marketing ideas contribution to enhancing the marketing strategy of the group through continuous research and development by keeping abreast of the latest industry trends.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design.
  • Min 1 to 2 years’ working experience in the related field.
  • Skilled in graphic design.
  • Tremendous creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Figma (is a must), Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe premiere pro, and live streaming platform
  • Knowledge of HTML (is a must)
  • Ability to understand the technical aspect of implementing digital marketing & brand strategies.
  • Script writing and video editing knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Good English & Malay is a must in both written and communication.
  • Candidate will be required to present portfolio of past works before interview session.
