Description
Overview:
This role will be the designer for our systems, websites and apps from the perspective of our end users. You will need to have an in-depth understanding of the user requirements and you will be involved in every aspect of the development process, and you will transform complex concepts into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs.
Responsibilities
- Take a Sketch/Figma design for the homepage and using it as the basis for mocking up other site pages.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, storyboard, workflows, journeys with possible different scenarios.
- Design system, mobile (Android / iOS) and other related reporting as per requested from stakeholders.
- Provide slicing on mock-ups or wireframes to ease development team.
- Serve as an input to qualitative and quantitative user experience data gathering efforts including working with the data and collaborate with Users, System Analyst, Development, and stakeholders.
- Document all graphics and design materials for development usage.
- Optimise, identify and troubleshoot UX problems from existing system.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Front-End technologies (HTML, CSS & JavaScript) and how that applies to designing feasible solutions.
- Familiar with UI/UX prototype tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or InVision or any related software.
- Preferably candidate from IT vendor house or software companies with minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Candidate will be required to present portfolio of past works before interview session.
