- Curate & assist in the preparation & execution of production shoots (Commercial, Tik Tok, Reels, Photoshoots, other video & photo related content)
- Conduct/enhance production content through post-editing
- Involved in creative brainstorming and developing creative content.
- Work with the team to develop production timelines and content calendars coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns etc.
- Initiative to generate ideas independently and see through them to the end.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and provide input at the same time.
- A great sense of understanding requirements to meet the objective through visualizing, conceptualising, developing and planning content.
- Able to convey ideas through creative storyboard telling. Know how to do script writing? That’s is a PLUS
- Translate marketing objectives through creative content formats.
- Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve the best creative solution.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with other internal team members.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality IS A MUST.
- To fulfilled other responsibilities as assigned by management. (social media management, liase with vendors, sourcing and preparing for shoots, etc)
- Strong work ethic and pride in delivering superior results.
- Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications/ Art / Design / Creative Multimedia /Advertising/ Media or any related fields.
- Required skill(s): Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom & Adobe Illustrator
- Preferred skill(s): Photography, Basic Videography & Post Production & Editing
- Having past work experience and a passion for photography/videography IS A PLUS!
- Fluent in English, OR/AND Mandarin/ Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently & in a team
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a forward-thinking and CAN-DO attitude
