WE’RE LOOKING FOR A UI/UX WEB & GRAPHICS DESIGNER TO OPTIMIZE THE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE AND JOURNEY ON TERANECT-OWNED SITES, AS WELL AS THE CONVERSION RATES FROM PAID AND ORGANIC SOCIAL AND DIGITAL MEDIA.
Responsibilities
- Optimize digital experience and journey of ours and clients’ websites
- Conducting user research, test, and optimize existing user web interface designs to deliver the best online user experience to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Establishing online design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Exploring external platforms or online tools which can be integrated into our CRM and website to create a better user experience
- Branding direction and design
- Graphic design (E.g., marketing collaterals)
- Design of business decks
Requirements
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
- Excellent visual design skills
- Experience with cross-device/responsive design techniques
- Familiarity with web trends and best practices for UX/UI design
- Good oral and written command of the English language is required
- Self-motivated & disciplined
- Strong organizational and people skills are required
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Creative flair and awareness of current trends in the visual arts
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Can speak English and Chinese
