Responsibilities
- Serve as Concept Visualiser for the projects of web design, digital and integrated campaigns and corporate branding.
- Review junior designer drafts to ensure quality and ensure brand consistency.
- Strong team player with the leadership skills to manage, delegate and motivate the design team to meet the project objectives and deadlines.
- Work closely with clients externally and internally with sales and marketing, as well as digital departments to deliver the projects with promising results.
- Be part of Management team to participate in departmental strategic planning.
- Keep updated with industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with a strong design portfolio.
- Proven work experience in a Senior Graphic Designer or Graphic Designer with over 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with designing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator) and InDesign
- Effective leadership and time management skills.
- An excellent understanding of digital marketing, website design, corporate identity, product packaging and multimedia design (producing storyboard and concept of animation and videography).
