We work in a dynamic environment, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up, is eager to learn and is proactive in assisting various departments. As the Creative Intern, you will be working closely with our team of designers to complete upcoming pitches as well as assisting with current campaigns. This internship will help prepare for a career in design by offering: exposure to creative project workflow, the opportunity to build your design skills on real projects, experience with time management using diverse media and tools in a multi-office environment, exposure to working with outside vendors, and interaction with subject matter experts in Events, Design, Content Marketing, and Production.

• Design and produce graphics for property marketing including flyers, signage, email, social and web
• Collaborate with the marketing team and on design solutions for digital brochures
• Design documents such as flyers, presentations, and other collateral
• Work together/experiment to create new ideas for interactive design materials
• Research as needed
• Provide support on production tasks as assigned

• Excellent attention to detail and creative eye or aesthetics in color and typography
• Energetic self-starter who is able to work well in a small team and independently
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create great working relationships
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Currently completing or has successfully completed a diploma or bachelors degree program
• Some industry experience is preferred
