• Responsible to discuss and have a proper planning to reach out as many education institutions (schools, pre-universities, colleges, and universities) as possible
• Responsible in planning for a proper schedule to map out future financial budget for each programme that will be conducted
• Responsible for coming up with a Master Plan, Action Plan and Floor Plan to ensure the smoothness of the programme
• Responsible in listing out the venues, technical preparation checklist, catering, and logistics for every programme that will be conducted
• Responsible for searching and hiring speakers / trainers for the programme
• Charting out future programmes which will be conducted to ensure the activeness of the department
• Responsible for being a speaker for a Road Tour

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics, Public Relations, Mass Communication or equivalent
• CGPA 3.0 and above
• For candidate without relevant qualification, must possess at least 1 year experience in related field
• Great teamwork and good communication with interpersonal skills
• Above average desktop computer skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Creative, proactive, result and solution-oriented
• Able to independently carry tasks given
• Self-motivated and possess good personality
• Work well both independently and as part of the team and able to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask, to work on numbers of projects at once
