We are looking to hire TWO Junior 3D Artists (Modeller) to join our existing 3D team at this exciting time of expansion. The ideal candidate is progressive and humble to adopt new methods. The fact that you have ninja-like skills for 3D is a coincidence. You have an eye for design, a great appreciation of interior design and the patience to get the finer details just right. You have strong modelling and texturing skills, particularly in furniture and interior architecture. In this role, you will have a chance to experiment and push your skills to the next level.

Responsibilities
What you’ll get to do in this role:
You will play a key role in the company’s visual asset modelling of our new products, which is crucial for our global customer’s purchase experience at comfort-works.com. These assets will also support web design and campaign development across various digital channels including social media and e-commerce marketplaces. In this role, it is crucial that you always release and iterate when striving for visual excellence.
Requirements
You’re the ideal candidate because:
- Solid knowledge in 3ds Max, Zbrush, Adobe AE/PS
- Goal and detail-oriented
- Enjoy observing details and replicating real objects
- Openness to learn and take constructive feedback across departments
- Self-motivated to pick up and share new skills with the team
- Outspoken problem-solver - doesn’t shy away in communicating blockers/issues
- Able to clearly communicate technical data to non-technical colleagues in English.
- Organized - able to manage multiple files in multiple folders
- Desire to work cross-discipline and take on tasks outside your usual skill set
- Patience - the job can get repetitive with constant fixes to make sure we get the finer details right
- Able to prioritize task and deliverables within deadlines
- Actively do research on latest design trends
Bonus points:
- Experience in Marvelous Designer
- Interest and knowledge in upcoming technologies (LiDAR, AR, VR)
