Description
To design visuals for marketing and branding purposes both prints and digital collateral. Typical tasks include: develop fresh and innovative concepts, designs & ideas from conception to final output and support the team to fulfill client briefs by providing creative solutions in marketing concept, production, corporate identity, product packaging, and advertising campaign.

- Conceptualise and develop integrated digital and offline creative marketing communications.
- A team leader to guide and direct junior designers and motivate them.
- Quality control all design work performed following the department’s standardized procedure.

- Thrive in the demands of pressing deadlines and confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously without delay.
- Proactively anticipates and resolves issues with limited direction.
- Added advantage: Illustration and Producing video content (animation & videography).
Requirements
- Age: 25 - 35
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design, or similar technical certification
- Experience: Min 3-years' in graphic design or advertising, and content creation for digital & print media. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Required Skill(s): Adobe CC including Ai, Ps & Id
- Passionate in design, creating compelling visual storytelling via online and offline media to the target audience.
- Keen understanding of the buyer journey and user experience
- Strong sense of concept development, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Efficient time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Able to make and receive constructive criticism. Constantly dedicated to self-improvement.
- Confident to present and advocate ideas.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
