- Has a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards
- Experience in designing user interfaces for GIS web applications is an added bonus.
- Ability to work well under Agile/Scrum software development environment, communicate clearly, and commit to DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and designs, and ultimately aligning user behavior to actions that drive results.
- Ensure consistent user interface functionality across all digital platforms.
- Has hands-on working experience with web applications and server programming languages.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX/UI problems with solutions.
- Work closely with the technical team and marketers to design user interfaces for various web and mobile applications that meet end-user needs.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology/ Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 3 years of experience in creating compelling visual communications for intended audiences and having a good sense of the user-friendliness of the application
Required skills:
- UI/UX, Web Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator. Strong basic in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Node.js, and jQuery.
- Proficiency in server-side languages such as .NET, Python, Java, and PHP.
