Responsibilities
- Involvement in all phases of design, presentation and leadership.
- Establish creative design directions and goals.
- Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, and visuals.
- Propose and design new concepts for each client according to their desired needs.
- Work closely with the sales manager on conceptual designs, presentations, designs development and production.
- Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, carpentry work and etc.
- Liaise with team and supplier during and current progress of all ongoing projects.
- Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules as well as preparing and presenting design presentations.
- Attend site visits, site measurements and meeting with clients.
- To prepare project progress reports and materials wastage reports for management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in residential & commercial interior design projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD & 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, Kujiale/Coohom, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, MS Office.
- Good team player with strong commitment and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients.
- Strong leadership, creative design concepts, presentation and communications skills are essential.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay.
