DoctorOnCall is one of the fastest growing Telehealth startups in South East Asia and we are looking for Graphic Design & Video Editing interns to join our team. No photocopying or making tea here. Work on real business challenges from Day 1

• Assist Graphic Designers with design of promotional web graphics, surveys, flyers, banners, posters, invitations and other advertising and marketing materials as needed
• Come up with fresh creative ideas and concepts on behalf of the company
• Develop visually engaging graphics along with visual and audio concepts for the purpose of product illustrations and logos
• Create various content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.
• Assist with other graphic design needs as needed
• Create product explainer, promotional and ads videos when required for the app, media, etc.
• Editing videos and other visual content when required
• Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines
• Deliver high-quality, on-brand videos to support a superior customer experience
• Produce creative assets including motion graphics, layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations
• Turning ideas into visuals across media to communicate our brand to the users
• Researching the latest design trends to create visuals for our brand
• Regularly collaborate with the marketing team and follow the company's brand guidelines

• Experience in video production and graphic design
• Compelling portfolio of graphic design work and video work
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Mandrin is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team
• Great attention to detail
