Job Description
- To create a huge variety of POSM and activities such as posters, flyers, social media, POP/POS materials, website and cinema decorations for festive and movie seasons.
- To work closely with creative & marketing team for overall marketing collaterals' concept development that is aligned with annual marketing activities to enhance company brand.
- Provide creative idea/concept for creation of social media content that is engaging, shareable and conversation worthy (images, edited photos, videos, short form info-graphics and etc.)
- Involve in all internal design-related aspects of company branding and assist in department's administrative matters as assigned by the company.
- Involve in brainstorming to visualize full advertising campaign from the conceptualizing phase till the final touch of artwork.
- Collaborating with marketing team to contribute ideas and execute visual identity, branding, set design, videos and illustration.
- Drive and implement the creative process from concept to completion; problems solving.
- Understanding company's new brands, marketing strategies, up-coming products and industry.
· Creative Visual execution – online & offline marketing collateral, exhibition booth, print & online advertisement, etc.
· Required to proposed colour, materials & finishing for products and printing.
· Creative & Innovative.
- Perform research on competitors and market trends.
· Work under pressure and manage project within dateline is essential.
· Undertake and perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
· Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In design, multimedia software, Sketch up & Microsoft Office (Video editing, 3D Max and animation skill is advantage), Social Media platform
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English.
· At least 1-5+ year of working experience in the related field is required.
· Preferable Senior Executives or above specializing in Art/Creative/Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Knowledge of packaging design, print production and hands-on to deliver projects directly to the print stage and completion.
- Ability to multi-task with good time management, coordination and organization skills.
- Leadership and communication skills,
- Strong in project planning and execution.
- Ability to accept other people's point of view and receive criticism.
- Ability to identify, accept and solve challenges.
