- Able to work around tight schedules and provide punctual delivery of projects.
- Always learning, you continuously push the creative boundaries and test new formats with a focus on performance.
- Genuinely passionate about motion design as a tool to solve problems and strong sense of responsibility.
- Creative and ideas are driven by a good sense of Motion Design fundamentals, up to date with the latest trends.
- Essential to have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
- A high standard of attention to detail.
- Ensure your work is fully critiqued/fit for purpose from commercial, client, and creative/technical perspectives.
