Description
In this role you’ll be tasked with conception, motion and design development, execution, delivering engaging motion/design solutions adhering to a strategic brief, and the on-time delivery of high-quality crafted creative materials. You will assist the creative team to provide support in projects and willingness to learn. Interns who demonstrate a good "Go the Extra Mile" attitude will be highly considered for a permanent position in the future!

Responsibilities
- Coming up with clear and strategically aligned design/motion responses to briefs
- Channel neutral motion/design direction
- You will empathize and understand the client’s needs, or problem at hand and come up with informed solutions and deliver well-considered, thoughtful responses to briefs/problems
- Create and craft original motion design work in conjunction with the design, creative and strategic teams
- Work closely with relevant teams, ensuring effective communication and management of team expectations
- Have a passion for motion, problem-solving, branding, and design
- Present your work in a clear, coherent, and professional manner
- Manage and own design/creative output to ensure consistency and quality of work delivered from storyboarding
- Prioritise your own workload to ensure the team’s demands are met and managed
Requirements
- A showreel with a good range of motion, animation, editing, and design work.
- Extensive skills and knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (experience in Cinema4D is a plus)
- Able to work around tight schedules and provide punctual delivery of projects.
- Always learning, you continuously push the creative boundaries and test new formats with a focus on performance.
- Genuinely passionate about motion design as a tool to solve problems and strong sense of responsibility.
- Creative and ideas are driven by a good sense of Motion Design fundamentals, up to date with the latest trends.
- Essential to have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
- A high standard of attention to detail.
- Ensure your work is fully critiqued/fit for purpose from commercial, client, and creative/technical perspectives.
