Responsibilities
  • Act as primary day-to-day client contact across a number of large-scale accounts and managing the client relationships
  • Proactively prepare, review, and communicate project proposals
  • Assist team from preparing initial project brief through to project completion across strategic, creative and implementation deliverables
  • Understand the project's objective and challenges
  • Effectively presents to clients, resolving issues and run client sessions
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments
  • Gain deep understanding of our services to proactively identify opportunities and potential for growing existing accounts
  • Maintaining a database of contact information
  • Compiling and analyzing data on current industry trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising and related fields
  • Additional graphic design education or experience may be preferred
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software is a plus
  • Attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • Good personality, enthusiastic and passionate
  • A business acumen
