Responsibilities
- Interprets the team’s concepts into a design that will deliver an effective design user experience.
- Responsible for seeing projects through to completion, from concept & design to production within deadlines.
- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
- Handle multiple jobs, prioritize work with excellent time management.
- Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving, organizational & time-management skills.
- Developing Final Artwork (FA), cutting, sticking & mock-ups for print production.
- Developing storyboard, video, motion graphic, animation, editing audio & multimedia for digital media.
- Perform other duties as designated by the Creative Head.
- Involved in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives & ideas.
- Responsible for training & guiding other graphic designer in the use of animation software when necessary (Adobe After Effects & Premier Pro).
- Coordinate & liaise with supplier, printer & external agency (when necessary).
- Keeping abreast of advancements in new technologies, techniques & contemporary trends in both related fields to deliver cutting edge work
Requirements
- 4-5 years (or more) experience in digital & print design solutions.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premier Pro.
- Detail oriented, good creative sense for color, typography & layout design.
- Develop marketing materials for new media & print production.
- Able to handle multiple projects, well organized skills & work independently.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines & prioritize work with excellent time management.
- Good team player, passionate & hardworking.
- Self-starter, highly motivated & enjoys being challenged.
- Responsible, resourceful & committed to work.
- Thrive on learning; dedicated to self-improvement.
- Initiative, patient & possess a positive working attitude.
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
