Description
The primary responsibility is to support the overall social media strategy. This include planning, social media management, as well as development and implementation of cohesive social strategy to drive and enhance clients/company brand value. Additionally, plan for publications in various social media platforms, manage content, increase leads and generate conversion.
Responsibilities
  • Fully understand and familiar with all the company’s brands and products, included features, specifications, purpose, benefits and advantages.
  • Conceptualize ideas, design collateral and implement on time in support of all marketing and promotional activities for print and digital on different products and marketplaces.
  • Plan, design, publish and manage the company’s social media accounts and website content with optimizing content calendars to schedule posts on different social media platforms.
  • Ensure all creations include photography, graphic design and video content are in line with brands’ positioning and direction
  • Create quality graphic and multimedia content for different products and marketplaces include offline and online platforms
  • Collect customer data and analyzes interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Review, analyze data, deploy and prepare report to assess engagement, and other trends in order to gauge the success various social campaigns with any tracking method to identify trends, insights for areas of improvement to maximize spend and performance
  • Work closely with related departments to design the artwork for execution of any marketing / promotional activities
Requirements
  • Possesses at least a Degree in Graphic Design / Art Design / Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Social Media Management and Graphic Design.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and other design software
  • Creative mind, copywriting skill and keen sense of aesthetic and visually appealing content
  • An understanding on the latest trends and the roles within a commercial environment
  • Excellent time management, able to work under tight schedules and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and no more than general directions
  • A self-starter, good team player, independent and proactive
