Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Working with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
• Assisting clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
• Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
• Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
• Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
• Developing exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements

Requirements
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years for related creative field, 3 year of experience in leading a brand, digital and creative design team.
• A history of creating marketing or advertising campaigns from concept development through to execution across digital and transitional channels.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills with a high level of comfort in senior stakeholder management. You can effectively articulate, evangelize and support your ideas.
• Strong aptitude and flexibility to manage multiple projects and brands and develop processes and ways of working that empower teams to create their best work.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, premiere pro). Experience in handling studio equipment is a bonus.
• Exceptional ability to apply and perform design skills, including drawing/sketching, conceptualization, colour theory, use of texture, visual presentation development, and layout, and demonstrated ability to apply these skills in innovative ways that elevate brand excellence.
• Be a problem solver, self-starter and be able to work autonomously with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare, pitch, present and ideate ideas in a fluent flow.
