Responsibilities
Key Functions:
- Collaborate with sales team, and other design team members to determine needs, develop effective programs and communicate project deliverables and status
- Ability to complete task related (how to be printed, die cut, glued, and assembled) for the corrugated structural design of corrugated displays and packaging
- Ideation/concept development for existing and new customers
- Evaluate consumer and market trends for corrugate displays
- Deliver end products in a timely manner, meeting deadlines consistently
- Creates quality samples and mock ups for customer approvalÂ
- Review and monitor display/package design and assist with resolving the issue or improved the performance, to ensure all designs fall within testing standard
- Multi-task in a fast-moving environment and work under pressureÂ
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Packing Design, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of corrugated Point of Purchase display or packaging experience / hand assembling formed item prototypes
- 1 year of experience in graphic design using AI/Photoshop to produce art for production
- Strong listening, evaluating, and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of printing production
