Description
The Graphic Design and Digital Marketing role combines creative visual design with strategic marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate leverages design expertise and marketing strategies to produce impactful campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials.
  2. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Design visuals, including banners, posters, infographics, brochures, and social media posts, aligned with the brand identity.
  • Brand Identity Management: Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all platforms.
  • Video Editing and Animation: Develop promotional videos, explainer animations, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborative Design: Work with marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns and advertisements.
  • Content Strategy: Develop content calendars and strategies to meet marketing goals.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage paid campaigns like Google Ads or social media ads
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns using tool
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in: Graphic Design Digital Marketing Advertising Mass Communication Multimedia Design Business/Marketing or related fields
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Familiarity with basic marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO concepts.
