Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
  • Establish the relevant communication needs and channels in promoting the events, internally and externally.
  • Developing and implementing ideas for the sales and marketing of our product and services in the centre.
  • Assist in creating content for marketing events, campaigns and activities and presenting the strategies and ideas to the team.
  • Overseeing the execution of the approved events, campaigns and activities.
  • Liaise with all external stakeholders, including communication, media, brand and digital agencies.
  • Assist in the marketing events (managing and implementing a range of events including exhibitions, talks, roadshows, post-event follow-up, and reporting).
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize conflicting workload and support multiple projects.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and knows when and how to take initiative.
