- To propose, present, draft and produce design concepts and artworks for social media campaigns, web design and other digital marketing projects.
- To work with the Web Development and Social Media Teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting client's objectives.
- To conduct research and analysis across a given industry to identify target audience, insights and trends.
- To provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for social media campaigns, web design and other digital marketing projects.
- To make revisions based on the feedback received.
- To review final productions for errors and ensure that final artworks reflect client specifications.
- To ensure consistency in designs in every project.
- To measure results with the help of metrics and insights and to make necessary improvements.
- To report project status accurately to your immediate supervisor.
- To stay up to date with the latest design best practices and technologies.
- To manage every design task in an organized and professional manner.
- For advertising-related work, to ensure design works are ethical and comply with the codes of advertising practices.
- From time to time, you will be assigned special projects by the Company in providing graphic design assistance related to online products or services.
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or a related field
- Proven 2-year working experience in digital marketing field
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing graphic design work
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Has a good eye in designing UIUX Design.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese will be an added advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- Strong team player, self-motivated and quick learner
