Responsibilities
- Awareness on children's well-being
- Assess students’ performance & progress to ensure they are mastering skills on regular basis
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time
- Work with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment.
- Provide feedback to relevant person about each student's progress
- Show students how to properly use and care for materials, tools, and equipment
- Manage the classroom include maintain the students in good discipline.
- Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean.
Requirements
- Applicant must have art background, know how to draw, colouring with water painting, colour pencil and oil pastel
- Patience, tolerance, a good sense of human, and reliability MUST.
- Team spirited and passionate about working with children (3 years to 14 years)
- Cheerful, honest, ability to take initiative and front runner in executing the vision of the studio.
- Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to independently manage a team
- The application must be able to communicate in Mandarin
- Teaching Seminar will be provided.
- Fresh Graduates from Fine Art / illustration are welcome.
- Able to join immediately or short notice
