- Research current shop layout and industry trends to remain on the cutting edge of visual design.
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that will attract and lead the customer through the entire store comfortably and effectively.
- Responsible for outlet's visual identity and ensure standardisation for all platforms.
- Monitor and review ongoing brand implementation and application.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with principal and sales team to ensure plans and initiatives are executed smoothly.
- Collaborate cohesively with operations, merchandising, and marketing team by participating in meetings and store visits to address areas to be improved upon – executing creative product and merchandise presentations from a commercial perspective, in line with the company’s expectation to establish display strategies and design concepts which promote new product launches and promotional items and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Prepare regular reporting requirements for Top Management updates.
- Source and propose props for store window displays related to festive seasons and special collection launches.
- Supervise/ execute installation with assigned suppliers and vendors.
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 year work experience in visual merchandising experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Possess outstanding strategic thinking ability.
- Problem solver and independent.
- Good communication and presentation skills and strong command of English.
- Good project management skills.
- Applicants must be able to travel to all region if necessary.
