Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a highly creative and passionate individual to join our expanding team at Landmarc. With this role, you will get exposure to multi national clients and exposure to overseas projects.
- Providing strategies, excellent creativity from initial brief to handover.
- Responsible for all stages of design including producing sketch up, 3D rendering and detailed construction drawings
- Prepare timeline for projects
- Translate design concepts into tangible and pragmatic proposals
- Develop strong presentation skills
- Highly skilled in pitching and maintaining client relationships.
- Collaborate with site and contract team to ensure smooth delivery of project according to design specifications and to deliver a high quality product
- Regularly monitor site progress
Requirements
- Previous track record in designing and delivering large scale commercial offices and hospitality projects.
- Min 5 years of working experience is related field.
- Bachelors in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
- Required skills: AutoCad, Sketchup, 3D Max,Vray, Adobe creative suite, MS office.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay language
