- Storytell through design visuals: Create innovative editorial and visual content on our online + offline platforms that will build our brand, internally and externally, increase awareness and consumer engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency: Inspire communities through thoughtful, consistent and aspirational design that elevates the customer experience.
- Collaborate with social team: Create content, graphics and motion animation that is engaging and appeals to our social audience. This can be anything from in-store visuals, marketing collateral, to branded content for social media and digital menu boards.
- Stay on trend: Be updated and research on current market design trends.
- Create bi-weekly reports: Monitor, analyse, and create reports of online + offline platform performance (eg: followers , brand engagement, reach).
- Ad-hoc tasks: Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks related to design.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. Bonus: proficient in Final Cut Pro/Premiere.
- Has a passion for food systems & all things sustainable.
- A deep understanding of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and TikTok.
- Passion for typography and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to design for a variety of outputs with dynamic, flexible creative.
- Ability to drive ideation and execution based on data and business objectives.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment & have the humility to take constructive criticism (we don’t bash, but share how we think you can improve as we grow together).
- Have a bachelor's degree in Marketing / Creative related fields.
- Fresh graduates with some internship experience to a maximum of 1 year working experience.
