Responsibilities
- Handle projects from the beginning until completion including coordinate with clients and contractors
- To develop sketches concept design plans
- To produce detailed 2D layout/ sectional plans and drawings
- To produce 3D illustration for clients/ presentation use
- To design a functional spaces for commercial and residential clients
- Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
- Required skills: AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, V-ay, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Illustrator
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Required language(s): English, Chinese speaking candidate is preferred due to customer base
- Good attitude with sense of responsibility of every task given
- Creative and up-to -date with the current interior design trends/ materials/ fabrication methodology
- Good collaboration with team and keen to learn new things
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision yet also a good team player
- Good communication and presentation skills will be comparative advantage
- Passion about the space: You love the world of design and are always keeping on top of the most recent design and usability improvements
