Description
This position reports to Director and carries the expectations to assure high quality of conceptualizing the creativity of Graphic Design Portfolio and achieve standard of company Corporate Identity (CI). We are looking for candidate who is having can-do and positive attitude, willing to learn and can work well independently. Candidate with relevant working experiences will be an added advantage. Good qualification is important but it is not the top priority in our people development policy.

Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s) : Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / In-Design / After Effect /Photography / Videography / any design related software.
  • Candidates must have minimum of 1-2 years’ working experience in Graphic Design position.
  • Candidates must be Mandarin literacy as the role requires to deal with Mandarin words / contents and Mandarin speaking clients.
  • An excellent sense of design, typography, layout and colour composition.
  • Responsible, with good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • A good team player with good working attitude.
  • Strong knowledge in Creative Design with creative ideas and excellent skills.
  • Contributing to your team for your unique creative and innovative ideas.
  • Innovative and passion to designs will be added advantage.
  • Able to adapt into a fast-paced working environment.
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating design capabilities, lead creative lifestyles and constantly up for a challenge.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
  • Provide creative idea/concept for creating social media content that’s engaging, shareable and conversation worthy (images, edited photos, videos, short form info-graphics, etc.)
  • Involved in all internal design-related aspects of branding for the company as well as assisting in your department's administrative matters as assigned by the company.
  • Involved in brainstorming to visualize full advertising campaign from the conceptualizing phase till the final touch of your artwork.
  • Collaborating with marketing team to contribute ideas & execute visual identity, branding, set design, videos & illustration.
  • Driving the creative process & implementing them from concept to completion; problems solving.
  • Understanding Company's Corporate Identity(CI), marketing strategies, up-coming promotions and services.
  • Managing time and workflow efficiently so that deadlines are met.
  • Deliver quality of work that is compliant to the design guidelines given.
