What You'll Do
- Be friends to creators, knowing their strengths and weakness
- Understanding about the trends of fashion, beauty, travel, home, food categories, what trendy posts will look like, and training your managing creators/influencers to produce quality content
- Understanding the company target, able to break them down into daily tasks.
- Monitor your goals achievement and schedules, make sure you deliver what you promise
- Be a team player
