- Develop and design visually engaging multimedia content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content teams, to conceptualize and create multimedia content that aligns with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Create multimedia assets such as videos, animations, graphics, and other interactive content to promote brand awareness, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain multimedia libraries and digital assets, including video footage, images, and audio files.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends, technologies, and design techniques related to multimedia design and incorporate them into the company's multimedia content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for multimedia content and contribute to the overall creative direction of the company.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a multimedia designer, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities.
- Proficient in multimedia software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing software.
- Solid understanding of multimedia design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Knowledge of digital media formats and their technical specifications, including video and audio codecs, aspect ratios, and file formats
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically about multimedia content
- Familiarity with web development and design principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus
