Peak Events SDN BHD is a full-service wedding planner, event planning and production company founded in 2007 in KL, Malaysia. through our planning arm Peak Xperience and our design arm Peak Atelier, we plan, conceptualise and design stylish events and breathtaking weddings. Every event is unique and every event allows us to create memorable experiences for your guests. It is very important to us that the planning experience is just as enjoyable as the big day! Our personalised approach ensures that the events we plan meet the objectives set forth by the client and the weddings truly reflect our couples’ individuality and style. no detail is too small or too big for us. We are just as at home planning a wedding in the countryside of Tuscany, as we are in Hanoi bargaining with street vendors in search of the perfect wedding gift.
Responsibilities
- To develop creative concepts, designs graphic materials/collaterals for corporate events and weddings.
- Accurately make revisions to creative files based on clients feedback and internal edits in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensures final files are accurate and error-free, including file construction, color conversion and organising graphic files for printing.
- Assist in organizing, planning and executing the design built-ups at events including liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Assist in event coordination when required.
- Assist in preparing proposals and concept presentations to full execution turnaround.
- Obtain quotation for related projects and liaise with vendors.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections.
- Resize or edit event/wedding photos for social media usage such as uploading onto company website and social media accounts.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience and exposure in Graphic Design in the event management company.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Imaginative and creative in concepts, stage & ambience design.
- Strong interest in weddings and events and keep up-to-date with current trends.
- Self-initiative & motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of flowers, arts & craft and fabrication techniques is an added advantage.
- Able to work long hours and flexible hours to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel outstation / overseas when assigned.
