Description
We are a Property Developer company located at Ara Damansara, PJ. We all will be work in office ya (not WFH basis). Graphic Designer tasks mainly is to create or edit visuals, photos/videos and interactive elements for social media platforms, websites and online/digital ads & also Artwork related to our company project (as we have upcoming projects will be launch at future).
Responsibilities
- To develop creative ideas, and communications objectives according to management's requirements and transform them into innovative concepts and designs, in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure with good time management skills.
- Responsible for helping to determine and implement the visual component of brand strategy
- To establish good relationships and other team members in developing and presenting designs
- Capable as a team leader to manage, guide and motivate the team
- Creative, team player and willing to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- To conceptualize and lead the team to independently produce visuals/artwork
- Develop & create or edit visuals, photos, videos and interactive elements for social media, websites and online/digital ads.
- Work closely with the project marketing team.
- To contribute to branding identity development, graphic & advertising design as well as refining the creative concepts for the company’s marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Degree, Advanced/Higher Graduate Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Languages: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. (to liaise with associates)
- Required skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & other major software for graphic design, simple video editing
- Strong ability to demonstrate creative and strong ideas and concepts for branding and marketing
- Candidates with experience in Property Industry would be an added advantage.
