Description
As a Digital Marketing Executive, your role will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to devise and implement digital marketing strategies that bolster our online presence, boost website traffic, generate leads, and, in turn, significantly contribute to the company's growth. Your responsibilities will encompass executing and optimizing campaigns for peak performance while also analyzing key metrics to foster continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging content for digital channels.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as necessary to achieve goals.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to the brand.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve website ranking and organic search results.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and traffic.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms and best practices to ensure the website's compliance.
  • Create targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize email templates for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports on key digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Analytical skills to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
