Responsibilities

Design Artwork against carton dimension, machine specification or sample carton according to customer requirement.
Do Printing Card with complete information and match production requirement.
Necessary to print customer approval artwork pass to sale PIC to issue master card before making printing card and order printing plate.
Provide printing plate cost to sale PIC to charge customer.
Strictly determine material to use (solid / liquid plate) according to printing and quantity order.
To inform sale PIC to charge customer printing plate cost. For Revision fullset printing and Repeat order printing plate over 18 month.
Check in coming printing plate (gallery proof) to ensure correct and in good condition before send for setting.
Prepare printing plate arrived schedule (list of printing block deliver to Art Room) to planning department to generate work order.
Draw setting marking plastic with sample cutter machine to support Art Room Team.
Draw structure drawing (when necessary).
Support to cut sample (with sample cutting machine) when necessary.
