Content Creation & Narrative Crafting
- Forge powerful visuals, videos, and graphics that reveal just enough of our world to intrigue — training grounds, secretive events, and the marksman’s journey.
- Weave compelling storylines and cryptic captions that speak to those who seek mastery.
- Plan and execute a content calendar that balances consistency with mystery.
- Capture the unseen — behind-the-scenes training, whispered testimonials, and lessons from the brotherhood.
Social Media Command & Influence
- Guard and grow our digital presence across XiaoHongShu (XHS), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms where seekers gather.
- Engage with the curious while protecting the integrity of the Order.
- Watch analytics like a hawk — track performance, study behaviour, and adjust to keep our voice sharp and influential.
Digital Stronghold & Website Presence
- Maintain and update our WordPress stronghold with fresh news, events, and programs.
- Keep our front-facing world polished while shielding what should remain for members only.
- Assist with SEO and secretive blog/article creation to draw the right audience — those seeking mastery.
Event & Brotherhood Chronicles
- Cover exclusive events, competitions, and training rites to document our legacy.
- Collaborate with the Order’s instructors and leaders to shape campaigns that inspire and captivate.
- Support strategic campaigns, alliances, and influencer partnerships that quietly amplify our reach.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
- Experience in content creation and social media management.
- Skilled in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere).
- Strong writing ability (captions, blog posts, storytelling).
- Multilingual (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin/Tamil or others) for diverse audience reach.
- Interest in firearms, defence, or outdoor activities is a plus.
