Responsibilities
- Visual Design Creation: Graphic designers are responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various media. This includes designing logos, marketing materials, websites, social media graphics, posters, and more. They use design software and their creative skills to produce high-quality visuals that align with the client's or company's branding and messaging.
- Communication and Collaboration: Graphic designers often work closely with our marketing team members to understand project requirements and objectives. They need to communicate effectively to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to their designs. Collaboration may also involve working with copywriters, web developers, and other professionals to ensure the overall success of a project.
- Stay Updated on Design Trends and Tools: Graphic designers must keep up with the latest design trends and technologies. They need to stay proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and be aware of emerging design tools and techniques. This responsibility ensures that their work remains fresh, innovative, and competitive in the ever-evolving field of graphic design.
- Designing Target Papers: Create eye-catching and unique target papers that not only enhance the shooting experience but also reflect the essence of our club.
- Events and Promotions: Develop captivating visuals for our events, promotions, and special occasions. Your designs will be the key to attracting participants and attendees.

- Firearms and Related Items: Collaborate with our firearms experts to create visually striking designs for our firearms, accessories, and gear.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Skills in photography and 3D design experience are preferable.
- Experience in WordPress website design is highly desirable.
- A passion for shooting sports and an understanding of our club's values.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
